Our everyday espresso blend, built across Brazil, Colombia and Ethiopia and roasted to be reliable shot after shot. Rich chocolate and hazelnut form the backbone - full-bodied, sweet and low in acidity - while a blueberry top-note from the Ethiopian component keeps it from ever feeling flat or one-dimensional. It's designed first and foremost for milk, holding its chocolate character right through a flat white or latte, but it's sweet enough to drink black too. This is the house workhorse: the shot we'd happily put in front of anyone, every single morning.
