---

There are few names in the coffee world that command as much reverence as Hacienda La Esmeralda. Nestled high in Panama’s Boquete region, this pioneering estate is where the story of Geisha truly began. Back in 2004, their discovery of this now-legendary varietal reshaped the global coffee landscape, captivating palates with its perfumed florals, shimmering citrus, and ethereal elegance. This exquisite release comes from the Jaramillo farm, part of Esmeralda’s renowned Private Collection. Each high-performing microlot was hand-harvested between 1500–1700 masl and processed with meticulous care at the Palmira mill. Every lot underwent multiple cupping sessions to ensure that only the most refined and expressive profiles made the final cut. The result is a washed Geisha of remarkable clarity and grace, an exquisite balance of juicy citrus acidity and refreshing fruitiness, underpinned by gentle florals and a whisper of spice. A true testament to Esmeralda’s unwavering pursuit of excellence, this coffee embodies the heritage, precision, and sensory wonder that made Geisha a global icon.
