Panama coffee, roasted in Australia

35 beans from 23 Australian roasters. The most common roasts are light, medium and medium light. The roasters describe these beans most often as caramel & sweet, stone fruit, floral and chocolate.

Panama is where Geisha was rediscovered, on farms around Boquete in the shadow of the Barú volcano. A good Geisha tastes of jasmine, bergamot and stone fruit and is closer to tea than to coffee. It sets auction records most years, so Panamanian coffee is nearly always the dearest thing in a roaster's range.
