What Five Senses Coffee say

Cherry plum & blood orange, medium body with a lingering panela finish.

---

This coffee is produced by Mariano Muñoz and his son in the region of Acevedo, Huila. The coffee is produced using the strictest harvesting and processing criteria. This lot is 100% Caturra, a high yielding natural mutation of bourbon which was discovered in the town of Caturra in Brazil. The Muñoz family’s incredible attention to detail when processing this variety is crucial for maximising its character and depth of flavour. Expect some tart cherry plum and blood orange up front, medium body and a sweetly lingering panela finish.
