What Five Senses Coffee say
Floral, choc-orange body with a lingering lavender complexity & aftertaste.
---
While still some mystery surrounds its genetics, we predict that Pink Bourbon will, in the coming years, become increasingly prevalent across Colombia and Central America. On his farm in San Adolfo, Huila, Rutber Quisabony is carefully cultivating these delightfully pink cherries which, along with great flavour, also boast good disease resistance. The profile leads in with floral high notes, followed by a milk chocolate body to finish in a layered, herbal complexity.
