This highly regarded coffee evokes a fruit forward & deliciously balanced flavour profile. During the washing process, the producers use an innovative Thermal Shock fermentation. Here, the cherries are submerged between hot & cold water to further highlight the uniquely bright and sweet flavours of the coffee.
