What Five Senses Coffee say
Strawberries and cream, concord grapes & bubblegum.
---
High in the misty South Bandung highlands, Natcha’s Rancabali coffee channels the cool volcanic energy of Mount Patuha into a lively, fruit-driven cup. Through a precise carbonic maceration and lactobacillus fermentation, it bursts with notes of strawberries and cream, concord grapes and playful bubblegum. Creamy and bright, it captures the clean, composed elegance of West Java’s experimental coffees. Its companion from nearby Mt Halu takes a gentler path, leaning into praline sweetness, while Rancabali celebrates the wilder side of the same craft: vivid, expressive and joyously aromatic.
