What Handpickers say
Grown in the fertile highlands surrounding Mount Kenya, this coffee is sourced from smallholder farmers who cultivate coffee in rich red volcanic soils at high elevations. The region’s cool climate and reliable rainfall create ideal conditions for producing coffees with exceptional complexity and character.
Carefully handpicked at peak ripeness, the cherries are traditionally washed and slowly dried on raised African beds to preserve clarity and sweetness in the cup. Selected from some of Kenya’s most renowned coffee-growing regions, this AB Plus lot showcases the quality and attention to detail that have made Kenyan coffees world-famous. Expect a vibrant cup with bright acidity, layered sweetness, juicy fruit notes, and a clean, lingering finish.
