We are a specialty coffee roaster that is dedicated to providing Australian’s with the highest quality coffees in the world. Specialty coffee is defined as coffee, from a known geographic origin, that has a value premium above commercial grade coffee due to its high quality in the cup and to particular attributes that it possesses.

In the ten years we have been doing all we can to ensure this is the case. In this time Cartel has received many accolades, all of which we are very proud. They are a reflection of our dedication to the industry here in Australia and abroad.

Our journey for coffee excellence has taken us all over Australia and the world; We are directly working on coffee projects in Ethiopia Uganda Burundi Kenya Colombia India & Indonesia As a specialty roaster we pride our company on only dealing with quality producers that deliver absolute transparency & traceability through out the whole coffee process from crop to cup with this we add value to sustainability to the farmers and families of coffee growing countries we engage in.

Our micro roastery is located in Breakwater, Geelong. It’s our business to supply a very niche market quality Business like yours with rare coffees that can complement food & culinary experiences. Our aim is to work directly with you to improve your business sales and create a solid reputation We deal only with specialty coffee, (traceable coffees) that are high grown high grade ensuring the highest quality is met at all times.

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence:

to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $8,000).

for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $700)
