Samba Reserve is a standout natural processed coffee from the renowned Carmo de Minas region in southern Minas Gerais, Brazil. Produced by carefully selected growers at elevations of 1,000–1,300 m.a.s.l., only the ripest cherries are harvested and meticulously sorted for quality. The coffee is sun-dried on patios before being finished in mechanical dryers to achieve optimal moisture content, resulting in a sweet, clean, and well-balanced cup that showcases the character of this exceptional coff ee-growing region.
