Profile

In our quest to find the most stunning Fairtrade coffees from around the world we were lured to the region of Chiapas renowned for political uprising and visionaries. This coffee is as fascinating as the region it comes from, with punch and complexity it reflects its origin with bold flavours that excite the palate.

After extensive cupping sessions, we've discovered this vibrant Brazilian shines brightest as espresso, where its cinnamon and toffee sweetness create the perfect balance. French press lovers will be rewarded with enhanced creamy, buttery notes that make each sip feel like liquid velvet.
