**FOR USE WITH MILK**

This is our staple coffee for pairing with milk, and one we feel very close to. We have been working with this group of female coffee producers since 2020, purchasing from them each harvest and building a relationship we hope will continue for many years.

The producers formed a cooperative to better market their coffee and create greater financial autonomy. Coffee is their main source of income, and each year we purchase an AA grade lot, paying some of the highest premiums for their coffee.

For us, it is about more than simply buying a great coffee. We want to keep growing closer, add more value where we can, and work towards a trade model that genuinely supports the future of coffee production.

Because the coffee comes from a small area, it is remarkably consistent and a joy to work with on espresso. We roast it to balance its beautiful acidity with sweetness, creating a gentle fruit character that works harmoniously with milk.

It is a coffee we are proud to serve every day at Brighter, and one we hope to keep buying for a very long time.
