What Motobean Roasters say
A captivating fusion of El Vergel Estate’s Banana and Caramel co‑ferments, crafted into a silky, dessert‑driven cup with layered sweetness and a smooth banoffee profile.
For this release, Sean has combined both co‑ferments in a single roast, bringing together the creamy banana aromatics and caramelised depth developed during processing. Blending them at the roastery allows the flavours to integrate beautifully, creating a cup that’s indulgent yet balanced.
Expect a velvety texture with tasting notes of creamy caramelised banana, a hint of spice, and milk chocolate, finishing with gentle sweetness and a smooth, dessert‑like character.
Banoffee Fusion is roasted as an omni roast, making it delicious across both espresso and filter brewing. While it performs beautifully in multiple formats, it absolutely shines as a latte — the creamy milk amplifies its caramelised banana sweetness and milk‑chocolate depth.
