This bean has a wonderful taste, as my title suggested it has a rich smooth Chocolate taste as if it was infused with Cacao Butter ,there is notes of plum in the middle and spice at the end.I am really enjoying this bean. The color of the bean is bang on what you should expect from a medium roast which is achieved when handled with care and precision .The blend in my opinion is very balanced. A premium blend with notes of milk chocolate, blackberry, plums, a hint of spice, and vibrant acidity rounding out the taste experience. This blend consists of beans from Brazil, which contributes classic coffee characteristics of nuts and caramel, Colombia, adding spice, blackberry and milk chocolate, and Guatemala, providing hints of cherry, dark chocolate and brown sugar. This blend works very well for milk-based espresso drinks.
