This particular blend targets coffee grown on the ring of fire ( Alpide belt). The growing conditions are optimised by the volcanic soils of this region, allowing healthy coffee plants to thrive. All these regions grow totally organic coffee and use the coffee bean as their cash crop for the entire community. From picking, hand pulping, the hand grading to the heavy lifting of bags; the effort involved before it arrives in Australia is truly remarkable that is why we pay top dollar for these organic coffees.
