What Pablo & Rusty's Coffee Roasters say
Why you’ll love it:
Introducing decaf coffee beans the way they should be – smooth, delicious and full of flavour. Whether you’re going without caffeine or two-cups-past-your-limit, the Mexico Mountain Water Decaf Process removes caffeine (without removing flavour). Because we think it’s always time for coffee, just not caffeine.
Our Mountain Water Decaf beans come from select farms across Chiapas, Oaxaca and the renowned Veracruz region – home to Latin America’s first decaffeination plant, opening back in 1983. The Decaf Mountain Water Process uses melted glacial water from Pico de Orizaba, Mexico’s highest mountain. The green beans are gently steamed and immersed in water that’s saturated with coffee flavour compounds – a fancy way of leaving you all the good stuff, without the caffeine buzz.
