What Padre Coffee say

Hey Buddy is bright, friendly and a little playful.

Seasonally adjusted and lighter on its feet, this filter roast leads with floral aromatics and layered stone fruit, berries and citrus, all balanced by a lively, fruit-forward acidity. Best enjoyed black, it’s an approachable expression of coffee as a fruit.

Hey Buddy is also our newest addition to the Good Coffee Doing Good Program. Through this initiative, we donate $2 for every kilo of Hey Buddy sold across our retail and wholesale operations, helping us support and foster communities both locally and globally.

Filter Blend Description

Hey Buddy brings together seasonally selected coffees chosen for clarity, sweetness and a lively, fruit-forward acidity. The current blend pairs washed Ethiopian coffee with natural-process Honduran coffee, balancing refined florals and citrus with ripe stone fruit, berries and a silky mouthfeel.

Clean, expressive and easy to enjoy, Hey Buddy works beautifully across V60, batch brew, Aeropress and cold brew. Best served black, it’s an approachable way to explore coffee as a fruit — bright, friendly and always ready to share.
