What Peak Coffee say
Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee. Legend tells of Kaldi, a goat herder who noticed his flock dancing after nibbling cherries from a strange tree. He took them to a local monk who, disapproving, threw them in the fire — only to be drawn in by the irresistible aroma. Coffee, more or less, was born.
This Yirgacheffe is a single-origin from the highlands of southern Ethiopia, the region that put African coffee on the world map.
