Peak Coffee roasts in Port Macquarie, NSW, on a traditional drum roaster. The roaster supplies local and interstate cafes and also offers barista training, contract roasting and consulting. In stock are mostly blends, and Daily Ritual combines coffees from Colombia, Guatemala, India and Papua New Guinea with sweet caramel and milk chocolate notes. Premium Blend is a washed blend with nutty, butterscotch and dark chocolate notes, and a decaf blend is also available. Other roasters also sell coffee from La Herrera and Thalanar Estate.
