What Roastville Coffee say
Taste Notes: blackberries I lime I pomegranate
Luz Helena has been producing coffee for over 20 years on her 8-hectare farm. Inspired by her husband Jairo Arcila’s work in coffee, she dove into the craft with dedication and support from her family, including her sons, Carlos and Felipe, co-founders of Cofinet.
With a strong focus on quality, Luz has worked closely with Cofinet to refine her practices and produce exceptional castillo cherries. Her coffee reflects years of passion, learning, and resilience. When not on the farm, Luz enjoys giving back to her community through local support groups.
