What Roastville Coffee say
Taste Notes: citrus I red apple I milk chocolate
High in Baja Verapaz, Jaime Morales cultivates Maragogype on his eight-hectare farm, El Mirador. Over the past decade, Jaime has focused on improving quality through careful harvesting, extended fermentation and slow patio drying. Coffee is more than livelihood here it’s family tradition, carried forward with intention. The cup is smooth and composed, offering citrus brightness, red apple clarity and milk chocolate sweetness.
Clean, refined and quietly distinctive.
