Yirgacheffe is one of the most celebrated coffee regions in the world — and for good reason. This natural processed Ethiopian brings layers of dark berry fruit, a wine-like complexity, and a silky-smooth finish that's hard to put down.

It's the coffee we brew for ourselves. That says everything.

Exceptional as a pour over or plunger. Try 1:15 at 92°C to let the fruit notes shine without bitterness.

We give $1 from every kg sold to our mission partners who are working to Rescue, Prevent and Restore children from sexual slavery and trafficking.

We generally use Australia Post and try to get it out to you as fast as possible.
