Kenya's AA grade has earned a world-class reputation, and this exceptional lot from Kii shows exactly why. Grown by around 850 smallholder farmers in Kirinyaga County, these SL28, SL34 and Ruiru 11 varieties thrive on the fertile slopes of Mt. Kenya, where cool temperatures encourage slow cherry maturation and remarkable cup complexity. Carefully washed and sorted by density, only the heaviest beans make it through the final stages of processing, resulting in exceptional clarity and structure.
