In celebration of the Lunar New Year of the Horse (how could we not?) we’re thrilled to release this limited edition, very special blend ‘Chasing the Dragon’, aptly named as we are always chasing the elusive (but never quite achievable) perfection in every cup.
This blend is a unique creation, unlike anything we’ve dreamed up before. Discover the art and evolution of coffee in every cup. From Finca Campo Hermoso in Colombia, where third-generation producer Edwin Noreña crafts his “Cherry Madness” Red Bourbon through carbonic maceration and black honey processing for jammy, strawberry-rich depth, to the resilient Ugandan smallholders transforming their heritage crop into world-class Robusta from the Rwenzori Mountains. These coffees embody innovation, culture, and care, uniting scientific precision with generations of passion to create the perfect brew.
