What White Horse Coffee say
Felipe Estela is a producer within the El Morito community. Felipe has grown up in the Querocotillo district and is the second generation of coffee growers in his family. This microlot comprises Bourbon and Caturra. After selective picking and sorting, the cherries are fermented in airtight tanks for 48 hours before being pulped, then undergo a second fermentation. Before being washed and prepared for drying. This double fermentation is typical for microlots at El Morito.
