Matilda is a medium roast coffee 100% exclusively from our coffee farm in Northern NSW. This washed processed Arabica coffee is sweet with bright acidity & fruity notes. Coffee from our backyard. Naturally lower caffeine. Exclusive. Rare. Small Batch.
