Local Farmers — A Truly Unique Indonesian Coffee

Blue Bianca is grown by smallholder farmers on the highland plateau of Onang Ganjang, Sumatra. The cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness, pulped and naturally fermented for 12 hours, followed by wet hulling, known as Giling Basah, a technique unique to Sumatra that enhances the coffee's deep, complex flavours. After drying for five days and hand-sorting, the beans are rested for 30 days to further develop their rich profile.

Produced by a young, innovative local processor in Dolok Sangul, Blue Bianca consistently earns high marks on the cupping table and sets the bar for premium Indonesian single origin coffee. If you're seeking bold, exotic flavours, this is an unforgettable cup.
