All the flavour, none of the caffeine. Single origin from Mexico — Chiapas, Oaxaca and Veracruz regions. Bourbon varietal, medium roasted to bring out nutty, hazelnut, caramel and malt notes.

Decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Method at Latin America's first decaffeination plant in Córdoba, Veracruz. The water used comes from Pico de Orizaba — Mexico's highest mountain. Pure glacial water gently removes caffeine through osmosis while the essential flavour compounds stay locked in the bean. No chemicals, no solvents, just water. Awarded a gold star Superior rating by the International Taste & Quality Institute in Brussels.
