About Auro Speciality Coffee

Auro Speciality Coffee is a family run, award winning micro roastery based in Adelaide, Australia. We are driven by a passion for craftsmanship, creativity and connection. Every roast celebrates the natural beauty of coffee, carefully sourced and roasted to order to bring warmth and a sense of adventure to every cup. With recognition at the Royal Adelaide Coffee Show and The Golden Bean Australasia, our dedication to quality and innovation is at the heart of what we do. From morning brews to afternoon cuppas, our muses Simba and Goldie remind us to slow down, stay present and savour the moment, so we can bring that same joy to every cup we share with you..

At Auro Speciality Coffee, we believe coffee is so much more than a caffeine hit. It’s joy, it’s mindfulness, and it’s a love language. Every cup should bring a little peace, warmth and connection to your day.

Our story began with a barista course given as a gift, and what started as a simple curiosity turned into a lifelong passion. Today, that passion lives on in our small, multi award-winning roastery in Adelaide.

We believe everyone should be able to make amazing coffee at home, and we love being part of that journey. Because good coffee should be something everyone can enjoy, wherever they are.

We value quality in every step, from sourcing our beans to the final pour. Each roast is guided by care, patience and intention to bring out the best in every cup. We believe in connection, in the way coffee brings people together. Whether it’s a quiet morning at home or a moment shared with friends, coffee is the thread that connects us.

Sustainability is also at the heart of what we do. We make choices that respect the environment and the communities who grow our beans. Most of all, we value joy. Because for us, coffee is about creating simple, meaningful moments that make life feel a little lighter.

We are a small team of coffee lovers and creators who believe that great coffee begins with care. At Auro, we see coffee as both an art and a science, something that connects people, sparks conversation, and inspires curiosity. From sourcing beans grown with integrity to roasting with precision, every step of our process is guided by intention and respect for the craft. We are proud to be part of South Australia’s vibrant coffee community and to share our passion for flavour, quality, and authenticity with every cup.
