What Auro Speciality Coffee say

Our boldest and most sought after blend, Mufasa delivers exceptional intensity and depth of flavour. Perfect for espresso, it stands out beautifully with or without milk. This seasonal blend features a combination of exceptional origins that each bring their own character and story to the cup.

From Espigao do Palmital Farm in the Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil, producer Gil Cesar de Melo continues a family legacy that began with his grandfather, Sr. Miguel Constante. Since planting his first six hectares in 1995, Gil has dedicated himself to quality and innovation, producing naturally processed coffees with remarkable balance and sweetness.

The Washed Colombian Tabi from Santiago Patiño’s El Ocaso Farm in Salento, Quindio adds structure and brightness. Santiago, a third generation coffee grower, has transformed his family’s 30 hectare property into a dedicated coffee farm, focusing on traditional Colombian varieties and meticulous processing to bring out the clarity and character of each bean.

Completing the blend, the Washed Ethiopian Biloya contributes layered aromatics, lively acidity and a touch of sweetness. Together, these coffees create a cup rich in milk chocolate, stone fruit and jammy sweetness, with a clean, lasting finish.

Mufasa is roasted fresh to order every Friday, with orders placed before 8 PM dispatched the following Monday. We recommend whole beans to preserve freshness, though we are happy to grind to your preferred brew method, whether espresso, pour over or plunger.
