This blend truly does boast high quality taste, down largely to the Swiss Water Process these beans are produced with. They're decaf coffee beans from the growing region of Colombia that delivers a medium strength decaf coffee, with tropical flavour notes.

Extraction and Brewing

We recommend brewing these decaf coffee beans beans with a traditional espresso machine so you can completely extract their delicate flavour. Extract for 27s to 32s on a 24g weight for optimal cream. When using this method, the expected yield will provide you with about 40 g of liquid or 60 ml's of espresso.
