What Di Stefano Coffee say
Grown across the rolling highlands of Carmo de Minas in the south of Minas Gerais, Samba is a celebration of Brazil's finest natural tradition. Cultivated between 1000 and 1300 m.a.s.l. on deep red Latosol soils, this lot is the work of selected smallholder growers who bring farm-level traceability and generations of craft to every cherry picked. Only the ripest cherries are hand-selected, then passed through the "lavador" density sorter, sun-dried on open patios for three days and finished slowly in mechanical dryers to lock in sweetness and structure.
In the cup, soft caramel and milk chocolate lay a velvety foundation, while orange lifts the profile with a gentle citrus brightness. Warm brown spices weave through the finish, adding depth and a lingering, comforting warmth.
Rich, rounded and effortlessly smooth, Samba is a classic Brazilian natural with rhythm in every sip.
