Goliath Coffee Roasters roasts in Wetherill Park, in the Sydney area, and started in 2013. The roaster runs Sydney's first Loring Smart Roaster and opens a brew bar from Thursday to Saturday. Stock is an even split of blends and single origins, and most beans suit espresso or filter. Kagumoini AA is a washed Kenyan with blackcurrant and grapefruit notes. Flor del Valle is a natural from Peru with blackberry and purple grape. Popayan is a decaf from Colombia.
