What Five Senses Coffee say
White nectarine, orange chocolate & spices.
---
One of four estates Sangameshwar manage, the coffee grown on Karadykan Estate is shaded by a stunning natural rainforest, pepper vines climbing their trunks. Indian coffee is traditionally fully washed but Sangameshwar have continually experimented with agronomy, variety and processing to explore potential cup profiles. This lot, coming from their celebrated 'Taj' block, takes selectively picked ripe cherries and anaerobically ferments them before drying in a slow, controlled environment. The result is a delicious, deep cup, full of orange choc, nectarine and pepper spice. A unique coffee to enjoy!
