What Five Senses Coffee say

Sparkling champagne, green apple & brioche.

---

Riverdale Estate is a century-old family farm operated by trailblazing brothers Prakashan & Mohan Balaraman. The name ‘Kurinji’ comes from a flower native to the Shevaroy Hills that blooms just once every 12 years. Riverdale Estate is located in the Shevaroy Hills of the Eastern Ghats of Tamil Nadu, a perfect setting for growing coffee. The region's unique microclimate, with cool temperatures and misty mornings, allows the coffee cherries to ripen gradually and develop richer flavours. This microlot from Riverdale Estate is carefully handpicked and washed three times before being fermented. The cherries are inoculated with Italian champagne yeast for precisely 80 hours and left to sun dry for up to 30 days.
