The island state of Papua New Guinea (PNG) is located off the northeastern Australian coast. The Chimbu province is renowned for spectacular coffee growing terrain of towering highlands, mountain forested slopes and tropical rainforests. 100% Arabica.
Reminiscent of the sea, this fully washed blueish green bean is roasted on our petrocini roaster as a small batch.
A flavoursome testament to the unique terroir of our Oceanic neighbours, this coffee delivers dark chocolate, spicy and nutty notes.
