Gaitania

Gaitania, located in the Planadas region of Tolima, is known for its rich volcanic soil, mountainous landscapes, and ideal climate for producing exceptional coffee. We work closely with the Nasa Wesx Indigenous community, whose focus on quality and sustainable farming has led to organic certification for some of their coffees.

This lot undergoes a meticulous washed process, including careful hand sorting, depulping, thorough washing, and slow drying on raised beds to achieve the ideal moisture content.
