Our sugarcane decaf coffee is made using a natural decaffeination method that keeps the flavour intact—without the caffeine. Also known as the ethyl acetate process , this method uses a compound naturally derived from fermented sugarcane to gently remove caffeine from green coffee beans.
This decaf is sourced from coffee growing regions in Colombia, where a tropical climate with abundant rainfall has created excellent growing conditions.
This decaf is smooth and sweet, with a milk chocolate finish. We've take the roast time slightly longer, and temperature slightly higher, to create a perfectly balanced cup.
