Every three months, we create a bespoke filter blend that captures the feeling of the changing season around us. This year's Winter Filter Blend is silky smooth and warming just like your favourite blanket wrapped tightly around you - perfect for getting through the chilly winter mornings.

The Winter Filter Blend brings together two unique coffee origins in equal parts.

The single-estate Gesha from Peru contributes a silky mouthfeel and complex floral aromatics, while the coffee from Finca Aurora Machaca in Bolivia adds body and sweet hazelnut notes.

Our Winter Filter Blend is an opportunity to explore beautiful Gesha florals while enjoying a more full-bodied drinking experience, thanks to the Bolivian component. Expect a smooth brew from start to finish, with a long, silky floral aftertaste. An everyday Gesha to be enjoyed by the mugful.

Each of our blends has been sourced and roasted to deliver a different flavour profile, so we're sure you'll find something that suits you best. At the top of each product description, you'll see three icons indicating roast intensity, style and personality - start there!

That's completely up to you! Freshly ground coffee will always deliver more flavour, but if you don't have a coffee grinder we'll grind your order the day it's shipped to ensure it gets to you as fresh as possible.

The coffee has been roasted within 1-3 days of it being sent to you. We find our coffee starts tasting it's best around 10 days after roasting, and up to 28 days if stored well. We know you might be enjoying it sooner than that, but good things come to those who wait! We will pack and send your order the next business day after you place it.

Our coffee subscriptions are self-managed with no commitment - simply select your desired quantity and frequency and you're up and running! Every subscription order receives an automatic 10% discount, which grows to 15% over time, and you'll have access to a customer portal to make any changes you like along the way.
