Coffee that tastes like coffee! This blend has everything you look for from your cup. Full body, sweetness, and a great finish. Strong enough to cut through milk and as complex as black coffee. This coffee is a great crowd pleaser.
Our blends rotate with the seasons to keep it as fresh as possible without changing the flavour profile. Currently our blend is made up of a 50:50 mix of;
Papua New Guinea - From the New Guinea Highlands Coffee Exporters, the Arokara brings the body and base for our blend with great balance.
Honduras - This coffee is from the Copan region Lempira, this coffee brings big sweetness and a big rich chocolate flavour profile to our blend.
Colombia Santa Monica - We are extremely proud to have this single estate coffee produced by Jairo Arcila in our blend. This beautiful coffee brings the sweetness, light acidity and fantastic chocolate favour notes.
