What Micrology Coffee Roasters say

Deep in the Yungas, Bolivia's "warm lands", Julio Palli and Lupe Medina tend five hectares of meticulously kept trees at Finca San Bartolomé. This isn't just a farm, it's a life's work. Julio has been on this land since he was ten. Lupe lines the rows with flowers. Together, they've turned a modest two-hectare plot into one of the region's most celebrated lots.

Washed over 42 hours in sealed tanks, every step of processing is handled with the same care Julio and Lupe bring to the farm itself. Julio's already living his dream, this is the coffee that proves it. It wasn't always this way though, not until they joined the Sol de la Mañana producer program. Eventually, yields went from 6 bags per hectare to over 30.

Now, Julio says all he wants to do is be on the farm. We think that tracks.
