Bolivia coffee, roasted in Australia
30 beans from 21 Australian roasters. The most common roasts are medium, light and medium light. The roasters describe these beans most often as caramel & sweet, chocolate, stone fruit and orchard fruit.
Bolivia grows a small amount of coffee in the Yungas valleys above La Paz, mostly around Caranavi. It is washed, sweet and floral with a clean finish, and it rarely leaves the country in quantity, so a Bolivian lot tends to appear once and not come back.
