El Vergel Estate Decaf

Decaf Coffee That Tastes Like Real Coffee!

Gone are the days when choosing decaf meant sacrificing flavour. Our decaf coffee is crafted for those who love the ritual but want to skip the caffeine — without compromising on taste. By selecting high‑quality specialty beans and using a superior decaffeination method, we’ve created a cup that’s rich, sweet and indistinguishable from its caffeinated counterparts.

The Natural Sugarcane Process (NEA)

This coffee is decaffeinated using the Natural Ethyl Acetate (NEA) method — often called the Sugarcane Decaf Process. Using pure water and a natural compound derived from sugarcane molasses, this gentle method removes caffeine while preserving the bean’s cellular structure and flavour integrity.

The result is a chemical‑free, clean and sweet decaf with unexpected complexity, vibrant aromatics and a depth of flavour that traditional decaf rarely achieves.
