What Reverence Coffee say
Flavour profile
This coffee comes from one of our favourite producers, whom we were proud to host at our Ascot Vale cafe back in 2014, and we've been buiying their coffees since.
Granja La Esperanza is a group of 6 farms in El Valle del Cauca and Cundinamarca owned by Rigoberto and Luis Eduardo Herrera, two brothers from a traditional coffee family.
This micro-lot coffee is grown at Finca Potosi and the farm looks like a garden full of different coffee varietals and is one of the most progressive and experimental farms in the world.
