What Ritual Coffee say
Our De-caf is a micro-lot blend made up of small holders from Huila, Colombia. EA Decaf process is unique to Colombia. The coffee first goes through a steaming process. Caffeine is then extracted using a natural sugarcane by-product (ethyl acetate). This process helps to maintain sweetness while maintaining maximum flavour.
