What Roastville Coffee say
Taste Notes: dark chocolate I citrus I caramel
Grown in the highlands of El Tambo, west of Popayán in Colombia’s Cauca region, this coffee benefits from cool mountain air, volcanic soils and elevations reaching over 2,000 metres. Smallholder producers, including women-led associations, cultivate traditional Colombian varietals with care and consistency.
The washed process brings clarity and structure to the cup, revealing dark chocolate depth, caramel sweetness and a bright citrus.
