Bright sweet flavours of raspberry & apple with a soft maple syrup mouthfeel. Versatile for both milk and black coffee - flavourful with a rich full body.
Suggested SAN PEDRO Coffee Night bloom recipe : Dose 22 grams in, yield 46 grams out and recommended extraction time is 30 - 33 seconds
For espresso, if PID is available, we recommend setting a group boiler temperature of 93°C for optimum results.
Recommended for espresso, filter, French press, pour-over, cold brew, moka pot, siphon.
