The Cat's Pyjamas

Rich, luxurious and a little unexpected. The Cat's Pyjamas hits with maple syrup sweetness, deep cocoa warmth and a whisper of brown spice. Smooth enough for a flat white. Bold enough for a long black.

250g — available as whole bean or your choice of grind: espresso, filter, plunger or stovetop.

2kg Bundle — whole bean only.

Plunger (Coarse) — French press, cold brew, electric percolator.

Filter (Medium) — Pour over, batch brew, Aeropress (filter style).

Stovetop (Medium/Fine) — Bialetti, Moka pot and similar.

If you're looking for an average coffee blend, you've come to the wrong place.

The Cat's Pyjamas is rich, luxurious and completely unexpected. Like wearing a velvet suit while stroking a white cat in a 1965 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow. Nobody knows why that image works so well. It just does.

Our most popular blend for a reason. It has the rare ability to please flat white devotees and long black purists in the same sitting. 100% Arabica beans from Colombia, Costa Rica, Indonesia and Guatemala, roasted fresh in Sydney and delivered straight to your door.

Whether you're pulling your first espresso at home or you've been dialling in shots for years, this is the blend that makes it click.

Some customers refuse to travel without a bag in their luggage. One person reportedly packed it before their passport. We're not saying that's the right call. We're also not saying it's wrong.

Store in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight, in a cool dry place. Simple.
