About the Farm:
This innovative single origin coffee strikes a refined balance between sweet aromatics, florals, bright citrus and fresh notes.
Colombia Gesha Spirits is produced by Wilder Lazo at Bella Alejandria in Acevedo, Huila. Grown at 1,890 masl, this coffee undergoes a highly controlled semi-washed anaerobic process.
After depulping, the coffee is fermented for 140 hours under anaerobic conditions, enhancing clarity and aromatic intensity. It is then dried slowly on raised beds for 18 days and stabilised for 25 days in GrainPro.
The result is a precise and refined coffee with layered florals, bright citrus and a clean, structured finish you’ll keep coming back to.
