What Willy's Beans Coffee Roastery say
LAVENDER | JASMINE | CITRONELLA | LEMONGRASS | SPARKLING WINE ACIDITY
This is our most exclusive release — a flagship Geisha that captures the purity of Colombia’s terroir and the precision of world-class processing.
Step into a world of vibrant florals, rare varietals, and world-stage recognition with Willy’s Beans Summer Gesha — a single origin Geisha coffee grown in Colombia’s untouched mist forests, and showcased on the global stage at the World Barista Championship in Athens by Thai champion Jane Veraworawet.
Cultivated between 1680–1810 MASL on a 1950m peak in the Central Andes, this Rainforest Alliance certified micro-lot is an exotic standout. With an SCA score of 90+, Summer Gesha is an expression of craftsmanship, terroir, and precision fermentation — produced through a 72-hour wet white honey anaerobic process that heightens its floral, sparkling, and citrus complexity.
This coffee is roasted lightly to preserve its delicate aromatics and is designed for slow filter brewing, or as a unique, refined espresso experience.
